Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how SuperVPN Shield collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our VPN services.
Information We Collect
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service: account email (if you create an account), anonymized connection metrics for capacity planning, and optionally crash reports. We do not log browsing activity, visited sites, or DNS queries.
How We Use Information
Collected information is used to provide the service, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability. We may use aggregated metrics to plan capacity and detect abuse.
Retention
We retain only the information necessary for the purposes described and delete it upon request where applicable.

VPN Service details
Our Android app uses the system VpnService API (WireGuard backend) to create and manage an encrypted VPN tunnel between your device and our servers. The VPN is used to route network traffic through the tunnel to provide privacy, security, and optional content filtering.
What we collect for the VPN service:
- Device registration identifier and client public key — to authenticate and provision WireGuard configurations.
- Session metadata (session start/stop timestamps, assigned IP, aggregated bytes up/down) — for session management, capacity planning, and abuse detection.
- Account email only if you explicitly create an account — for account management and support.
- Optional crash reports and aggregated diagnostic telemetry — to improve stability.
We do not log or store the contents of your network traffic, visited URLs, or DNS query payloads. Content blocking (for example blocking domains categorized as adult/porn) is implemented using domain/IP blocklists and DNS/routing rules and does not rely on deep packet inspection.
